With all this hopefulness and positivity, sometimes it's just not.
...like Dr. Seuss says 'Except when you don't. Because, sometimes, you won't'*

When your body lets you down a bit, leaving you feeling that, meh.
Unable to be an over creative parent, cheese sandwich again anyone? Just meh!
Filling the quiet minutes with social media, instead of the book you actually really want to read but it's in your room and you're on the couch, meh.
Relaxing, leaving you more tired then you were to begin with. Stupid ache-y body.

Only a week ago I was giddy with excitement of, well, everything! I MUST DO ALL THE THINGS!
And then, perhaps a bad attitude, but I have come to expect that if things are seemingly sunny then there's probably a cloud around the corner ready to rain on that there patch. Not enough of a real problem but definitely enough to make you want to sit still and drink tea quietly in the corner |or big grey couch| hoping no one notices you haven't moved for a good while.

So here's where I pull my big girl knickers up. Must find new sunny patch.
|rejoice. pray. give thanks. repeat|

Somehow you'll escape
all that waiting and staying.
You'll find the bright places
where Boom Bands are playing.

With banner flip-flapping,
once more you'll ride high!
Ready for anything under the sky.
Ready because you're that kind of a guy!*

Things will brighten again, treat that rain as a shower and be all fresh to start the new day.

And important..be aware of patterns, put your ninja outfit on underneath your clothes ready to karate chop the next dark cloud you've learnt will inevitably come around the corner.
